About

Evolutionary L-Tree is another experiment with genetic algorithms that finds an “optimal” l-tree (which I arbitrarily defined as a very large tree with a wide angle of branches). The l-tree is the product of a recursive fractal function that reduces the length of a branch with every iteration. In this java-based environment, l-trees of different sizes and angles are randomly created - over time it learns the optimal parameters to make an L-tree and moves towards creating an ideal l-tree.
